A past client based in Shanghai, contacted DCD with the brief of designing an Auger Tool that is premium design and reliable for trade use.

The DCD team developed a telescopic mechanical system that can be operated manual by hand cranking the ergonomic handle, or electrically popwered with an adaptor the suits standard power tools.

The client was very pleased as these units are easily transportable and compact for reduced shipping costs, while the DFMA details were also provided for a full package service.
